FAQ For Office Visit:
Q: Do I need to make an office visit before my procedure?
A: Yes. Dr. Rahimi must evaluate you prior to the procedure and see you in the office first.
Q: What do I need to bring with me for my first office visit?
A: Your picture ID, Insurance card, cash or check for your co pay.
Q: Does your office validate for parking?
A: No. Parking is about $4 and they take cash, check or credit card.
Q: Should I arrive early for my appointment?
A: No, please arrive at your scheduled time and bring the completed forms with you .

Q: When is the last appointment of the day?
A: 3:15 pm
Q: How long does a new consult appointment last?
A: Please allow for 45minutes from when you get in to the office till you leave.
Q: Could I bring my kids and pets to the appointment?
A: No.
In order to maintain a professional environment and a pleasant experience for all other patients in the waiting room. Please do not bring your toddlers to the office. The young children tend to cry and disrupt the process of history taking by physician. Also, she will not be able to perform detailed physical examination when young children are in the room.
FAQ For Colonoscopy
Q: What does clear liquid diet mean?
A: Any type of liquid that is see-through such as apple juice, ginger ale or broth.
Q: Could I drink coffee or tea?
A: Yes, but you may not use creamer or milk. Sugar or substitute sugar may be used.
Q: Should I take my medications the day of procedure?
A: Yes. You may take all your usual medications except any blood thinners (i.e. Coumadin, Lovenox, and Plavix), Aspirin, NSAIDs (i.e. Advil, Motrin, Naproxen) or diabetic mediations as instructed. Please refer to the instruction sheet or call us at 949-364-2536.
